Rollprof PM 1000 roll profiling equipment allows you to quickly and easily map the profile of rolls in situ.
This allows you to use Profiler as a condition monitoring tool to determine when a roll needs to be replaced.
The Profiler can be used as a diagnostic tool to identify the root cause of product defects.
The measurement rig can be propelled at a speed of 0,3 m/s, measure the diameter deviation every millimetre and store 32000 readings.
